Adolescence is a time often filled with change, growth, and uncertainty. I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens (16+) can explore their feelings, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Together, we work to enhance self-awareness, improve communication, and address issues such as identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
